We have schemes available up to 100% of the purchased share, therefore, no deposit required, but normal purchase cost will apply.
We provide and have extensive knowledge and experience of the shared ownership market.
We provide friendly, personal, independent impartial advice, helping you select the right mortgage for you, and one that is accepted by the chosen housing association.
We will provide written confirmation stating that you are able to obtain a mortgage, and the maximum available, in a format acceptable to the chosen housing association.
We will see your application through from the submission to completion, liaising with the housing associations, solicitors and estate agents, providing help and guidance every step of the way.
Important note: Not all lenders accept applications on these schemes and not all lenders are acceptable to housing associations. Our experience will stop you making costly mistakes.
Appointments are available at your home, place of work or you are welcome to visit our offices and, what's more, we do not charge for our services - we are paid by the lenders.
