  1. Contact us to find out the maximum you can  borrow based on your income and expenditure.
  2. Find a property on the open market via  an Estate Agent, when offer accepted call us to arrange an appointment to  discuss mortgage options.
  3. Appoint a solicitor to act on  your behalf.
  4. We submit application to chosen  lender on your behalf and the Lender instructs survey/valuation.
  5. Solicitor requests searches  and makes pre-contract enquiries.
  6. Offer received from Lender.
  7. Solicitor receives contracts and proceeds to Exchange and Completion.
  8. Completion day- the  day you receive the keys to your new home!


Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it. Mortgages are regulated by the FSA. Written quotations available. Life assurance may be required.

We do not charge fees for our services as we are paid a fee by the lender. But we do offer you the choice of paying a fee for our services, which means the fee that we receive from the lender will be refunded to you after completion.
