  1. Contact us to find out maximum you can  borrow based on your income and expenditure.
  2. Book an appointment with us to  discuss your mortgage options .
  3. We submit your application to the  chosen Lender on your behalf and the Lender will instruct the Free  valuation/survey.
  4. Lender will instruct solicitor  from their panel, who provides Free Legal Services .
  5. Offer received from Lender.
  6. Solicitor obtains redemption statement  from current lender and proceeds to completion, repaying existing  mortgage  plus any other outstanding loans/credit commitments, if  applicable. Any residue balance will be either sent to you by cheque  or can be credited direct into your bank account agreed with  solicitor.

A Re-mortgage will normally take between 6-8 weeks from  application to completion.

 

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it. Mortgages are regulated by the FSA. Written quotations available. Life assurance may be required.

We do not charge fees for our services as we are paid a fee by the lender. But we do offer you the choice of paying a fee for our services, which means the fee that we receive from the lender will be refunded to you after completion.
